I became interested in drawing at a very young age, probably because my parents used to draw pictures to distract me from making obscene amounts of noise in church as a baby. I can’t decide whether to thank my parents, or blame them for a lifetime of obsession.

I have a high interest in drawing figurative illustrations, as well as decorative and patterned images for all kinds of different subject matters. I never really grew out of that girly stage of drawing fairies, mermaids and Cinderella, which explains the abundance of pretty ladies in my work.

I like to work in a variety of media, but more often than not I will bring it through Photoshop at one point. Currently, my favourite ways of working include pencil, watercolour, pen and ink and Photoshop processing. However, I am willing to try anything once as long as I get it right the first time!

I graduated with a BA(Hons) Illustration from University College Falmouth in 2008, and I am currently looking for both freelance and full-time work.
